Ria Michaela is a career nanny with over a decade of childcare experience, known for her holistic, gentle, and encouraging approach to supporting children’s development. Her work is centred around nurturing each child to grow into the best version of themselves, with care that is both intentional and emotionally aware.
Her journey began working within high-pressure school environments, including settings such as Harlington Secondary School, where she gained valuable experience supporting children with a wide range of behaviours, including neurodiverse needs. She went on to build her career within private households, working as both a public and UHNW nanny from the age of 18 through to 30, forming trusted, long-term relationships with families and refining her expertise across diverse home environments.
Alongside her nannying career, Ria Michaela has also worked within school settings as a teaching assistant and behavioural manager, further strengthening her understanding of children’s development, learning styles, and behavioural support.
Now, Ria brings together her combined experience in both homes and educational settings to lead her own nanny agency. Her mission is to offer a more thoughtful and personalised approach to childcare recruitment.
Rather than focusing solely on qualifications, Ria Michaela carefully hand-selects nannies and tutors who demonstrate genuine care, emotional intelligence, and a true passion for working with children.
