Permanent Bookings (One-Off Placement Fee Option)

One-off, non-refundable placement fee is charged upon confirmation of a permanent placement.

Agency Placement Fee


10% to 15% of the Candidate’s agreed annual gross salary, depending on the role requirements, level of experience required, and complexity of the search.

Minimum to Maximum Placement Fee


£800 - £1,200

Typical Candidate Rates


Candidates are generally placed from £15 to £30+ per hour across standard and UHNW roles, with rates varying based on experience and the individual needs of each household.

• Sourcing and shortlisting suitable Candidates
• Vetting and reference checks
• Arrangement of interviews and trial period
• Placement coordination and on-boarding guidance

Upfront and Ongoing Agency Support Fee (Preferred Option)

Upfront Engagement Cost

An upfront, non-refundable cost is payable prior to the commencement of the search.

Cost:

£75 to £150 (depending on role requirements and search scope).

What this covers:

• Initial consultation and role briefing

• Candidate sourcing and outreach

• Shortlisting and coordination

• Administrative setup of the search

Ongoing Agency Fee


An agency support fee of £3 per hour is applied in addition to the nanny’s hourly rate.

The nannies hourly rate typically starts from a minimum of £15 per hour, and may increase depending on experience, role requirements, and location. Higher-level placements may range up to £30+ per hour.

Temporary Ad-hoc or Short Term Bookings

Flexible childcare support with no long-term commitment or upfront cost.

Nanny Rate Per Hour


Hourly rate: £15 to £18 per hour (depending on experience)


Agency service fee is applied in addition to the nannies hourly rate at £3 an hour.

Minimum Booking Hours

Bookings are set with a minimum of 4 hours to support a smooth and settled experience for your child.

Emergency Bookings

Last-minute childcare arranged within a short time frame.

Nanny Rate Per Hour


Total hourly rates typically range from £18 to £20 per hour, depending on urgency and requirements.
The Agency’s service fee is included within the total hourly rate charged to the Client.

Minimum Booking Hours

Bookings are set with a minimum of 4 hours to support a smooth and settled experience for your child.

• Rapid Candidate sourcing
• Priority booking support
• Same-day or next-day availability (subject to availability)

All fees are reflective of the Agency’s time, expertise, and ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, reliable household staffing solutions.

Client Care & Ongoing Support

The Agency is committed to providing a high level of ongoing care and support to both Clients and Candidates throughout each placement.

For Clients who engage with the Agency on an ongoing basis, this may also include thoughtful gestures of appreciation and continued support throughout the placement. These may be offered at the Agency’s discretion and are intended to reflect the value placed on long-term working relationships.

The Agency takes a relationship-led approach, focusing not only on successful placements, but on creating a positive, supported, and well-managed household environment over time.

Additional Information

All permanent placements are subject to an initial trial period, allowing both the Client and the Candidate to ensure suitability before confirming a long-term arrangement.

In the unlikely event that a permanent placement does not continue within the initial period due to circumstances outside of the Client’s control, the Agency will continue to support the search for a suitable replacement Candidate.

The Agency remains committed to supporting both Clients and Candidates beyond placement. For Clients engaging with ongoing agency support, continued guidance, communication support, and relationship management are provided to help maintain a positive and well-structured household environment.
